Bomic is a family-run precision engineering company based in Somerset. Operating from our 280-square-meter workshop and offices, we bring over four decades of expertise to every project we undertake.

From concept to delivery, we offer a full-service approach, ensuring precision and quality at every step.
With extensive experience in the aerospace sector, we have built an established and reliable supply base, including key contacts and approvals with major prime aerospace companies.

MEET THE TEAM
Steve Wilkins
Bomic was acquired by Steve Wilkins in 2006, whose vision, hard work, and dedication have been the driving force behind the company’s success. Over decades of leadership, Steve has built Bomic into a trusted name in precision engineering, known for its exceptional quality and innovation.
His vision and values remain at the heart of Bomic, driven by a knowledgeable and friendly team dedicated to maintaining the same high standards.
Ed
Head of finance, quality and inspection, Ed ensures that all parts being delivered to customers meet Bomic’s exceptionally high quality standards and meet all of the customers requirements. Ed is a chartered accountant and he brings these high standards into the quality and inspection department whilst also being fully equipped to deal with all sales and financial related queries customers have. Ed’s skillsets enables him to help clients in any way they require it.
Dan
As head of production Dan oversees quotations and materials while also having over a decade of precision machining experience. With an engineering degree behind him he has an extensive knowledge of manufacturing and can help clients with any design needs or adjustments.
Office
Our administration team is headed up by Louise. With over 10 years of dedicated service to Bomic, Louise plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients. She is in charge of making sure customers orders are processed and delivered on time and handles all logisitcal queries.
Workshop
Our workshop team have over a century of combined machining experience. The team is headed by our workshop lead, Roger. Roger has been with Bomic for 40 years, making a better machinist very hard to find. He ensures all jobs are running smoothly and on time as well as assisting the team in any machining queries. Terry is our head of Milling with over 25 years of experience, he is incredibly skilled and can tackle any milling requirement. The two heads of departments work to keep our younger developing team growing in skill and knowledge at all times making our workforce nothing short of exceptional.
